tkk9's commitment to responsible gaming
tkk9 believes that gaming is for entertainment only — within safe limits. Our tools and policies help you play mindfully and keep yourself protected.
Our protection tools
The tkk9 platform offers several effective tools to protect players. By using these, you can keep your gaming experience fully under your control.
Self-Exclusion
You can temporarily close your account for a chosen period. Options range from 7 days to longer-term breaks. During this time you will not be able to access tkk9 or carry out any transactions.
Setting deposit limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your budget. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit more than that amount. tkk9 treats your financial protection as the highest priority.
Time-out and breaks
Take advantage of the time-out feature for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time your account will be inactive. Come back to the game with a clear head and a plan — that is the core principle of responsible gaming.
Reviewing your gaming history
View your transaction and betting history at any time. Analyse your spending patterns and make decisions as needed. Transparency and awareness are at the heart of tkk9's commitment.
24/7 support service
For any issue, contact tkk9 via live chat or email ([email protected]). Our skilled Bengali-speaking support team is by your side around the clock.
Minor protection
tkk9 is for players aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of account registration. Using family filtering tools to prevent minors from gaining access is recommended.

We encourage you to play within your weekly or monthly entertainment budget. Setting limits is a sign of strength — not weakness.
Transactions can be made easily and securely via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and withdrawals are generally completed within just 5-30 minutes. Fast payment processing means you always have full control over your money.
Self-exclusion and break options
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, use tkk9's self-exclusion service. It is completely confidential and can be set for however long you choose. During self-exclusion, no login, deposit, or betting will be possible on your account.
